THE ROLE

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator works across Xnor’s Sales and Marketing teams by qualifying inbound leads via email, phone, and online research. You may also occasionally initiate contact with cold-leads via email or phone. You are responsible for meeting with leads to qualify an opportunity, articulating Xnor’s value proposition, Xnor's high level technical specifications, and handing off qualified leads to the sales team. Qualifying leads often involves asking probing questions to expertly assess whether or not a given lead is a real opportunity for Xnor. Ideally you possess extraordinary written and interpersonal skills, have a real passion for engaging potential customers, build positive relationships, are consistently productive, and don’t shy away from administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound marketing leads within one business day and follow-up at a fast and regular cadence until leads are either qualified or marked as “dead”
  • Conduct basic research on leads and their corresponding companies
  • Develop an understanding of inbound interest and feed this information back to the Marketing team so they can optimize messaging and content
  • Meet with prospects, qualify them, and triage inbound leads to the appropriate Sales team members
  • Coordinate scheduling for your own meetings as well as initial handoff calls for other Sales or Marketing team members
  • Run Xnor’s CRM and keep lead data up-to-date
  • Handle agreements with prospects such as NDAs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven excellence in roles involving: relationship-building, information gathering, and administrative coordination
  • Excellent written & interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience within a retail environment or other sales function
  • Comfortable taking initiative with prospective customers
  • Highly-organized

Preferred Qualifications

  • Speaks fluidly and credibly about technical and product matters
  • Experience with technologies such as HubSpot and Salesforce
