Demand Generation Manager

The Demand Generation Manager (DGM) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for the sales and marketing team. This role runs outbound campaigns, qualifying active buying interest, and identifying critical decision makers. As a DGM, you will need to be able to articulate the Xnor value proposition, including high level technical specifications, when approaching prospective customers. You possess extraordinary written and interpersonal skills and have a real passion for proactive outreach and building strong customer relationships.


  • Build and execute the digital inbound funnel for Xnor's marketing and growth efforts
  • Lead all SEO, paid and organic digital and content distribution channels
  • Build and execute marketing automation tactics to nurture leads and convert them in MQLs, including lead scoring methodology and execution
  • Lead efforts to grow a community of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning engineers and product experts that are building products for AI on the Edge
  • Gain market insights from the field to inform Xnor’s roadmap and strategic direction
  • Develop messaging frameworks
  • Ensure our marketing technology stack is tightly integrated
  • Assist in training new team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years working in digital lead generation
  • Specific experience within a digital demand generation role that focused on digital advertising, retargeting, video or YouTube marketing, content marketing, and social marketing
  • Experience creating integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with digital campaign testing and optimization and web analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools specifically around building customer journeys and funnels, customer nurturing and lead scoring
  • Project Management experience
  • Data-driven, and process and detail-oriented
  • Proven desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative with the ability to encourage others
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Quick thinker who naturally tracks and adapts to a prospect’s personality and process
